Robotics Modelling
Warden Systems acquires the latest academic research on mechanical systems and controls arriving in industry to provide clients with updates to their current production practices. Using Dassult Systemes' SolidWorks modelling, we model systems in terms of mechanical throughput, electromagnetic design, stress/strain of working elements, and a host of other requirements set by the client to provide the best design. We also make sure the devices we design are UL & CE compliant to accelerate our clients' time-to-market |
Device Prototyping
The Robotics division does a lot of prototyping for contract research with DARPA DSO/TTO and a few of Warden Systems' industrial clients. Amongst the projects built are industrial machines for assembly line work, assistive technology for biomedical device development, and tactical field devices. To build these devices, Warden Systems uses parts from Festo, Eaton, Nanotec and a whole host of other suppliers. |
Real-time OS & Custom PCB Development
Warden Systems uses VXworks Real-time operating systems, which has the lowest overhead when running instructions and is an industry standard in many government organizations and contractors such as NASA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and others. In addition to using the OS, Warden Systems produces it's printed circuit boards in-house, making sure that they are efficient and manage the system they will be implemented in effectively. The printed circuit boards comprise of fully configured ARM processors, high resolution A-to-D converters, sensors, switch mode power regulation and much more, making it a cost-effective solution unlike external Data Acquisition Boards that require extra-sourcing and may buffer the signals before it reaches the processor slowing the overall device response time. |
