Warden Systems provides heath care for full-time employees, their family members and retirees with comprehensive health and life insurance plans. Under the Affordable Care Act, all Americans must have health insurance that meets the basic requirements by January 1st of 2014, and Warden Systems' plans meet the minimum value/affordability standard with additional benefits as the employee gains experience with the company.
How do I Enroll?
Enrollment is restricted to all full-time and some part-time positions, staffed labor are required to be insured by the staffing organization. If you are a full-time employee, the basic prerequisites are to take a Health Assessment at one of our primary care partner clinics and that you must have been employed for over a month. Health Assessment and Insurance Information
The Health Assessment is a requirement by our employee health-care office to determine if you are eligible for our services. If the office determines that it might cost too much to insure you, you will be referred to other insurance carriers with additional financial support equal to what we pay for the insurance of our other employees. This record, in addition to the Drug screening taken before employment are you proof of insurability. Our life insurance and personal accident policy insures the amount equal to two times your annual salary to a maximum benefit of $500,000 and our long-term disability coverage insures 60% of your monthly salary to a maximum monthly benefit of $20,000. Pension and Retirement Benefits
Full-time employees can put up to 10% of their annual salary towards a 401(k) plan and it will be matched dollar for dollar by Warden Systems to a maximum holding of $500,000 per employee. The internal 401(k) plan will roll over when the company grows to a C corporation and will then be eligible for withdrawal. This will be returned to the retiree in annual pre-tax amounts of $17,500.
